Workouts will include combining interval and aerobic training, calisthenics, plyometrics and Olympic-style weightlifting. They are measured with objective criteria like repetitions, time, force and weight lifted. American Sled Dogs training focuses on perfection of form, a relative high intensity level over short periods of time, and varied functional movements! All with the intent and focus for you to have the best hour of your day!

At American Sled Dogs we spend time interacting with our members daily to help reach desired fitness goals. We create custom training regimens geared to fit specific goals for all fitness levels beginner through advanced. Our goal is to transform anyone, inside and out, for the long term. We work with our clients individually in the gym or online.
In-House Personal Training
Our Virginia Beach, VA gym offers personal training and programming for all individuals, beginner, intermediate, and elite. This includes one on one training with one of our expert coaches, personalized programming, and unwavering support. All athletes of all levels and all backgrounds are welcome!
