These classes are designed for the beginner to intermediate lifter.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes will focus on strength work with some sort of conditioning finisher following.
Wednesday total goal will be some form of conditioning and accessory work.

This class follows the structure of Ashley Horner’s “Sweet Cakes” training program and is designed for anyone looking to shape their glutes and strengthen them to carry over to their heavier training. The program, designed by Coach Courtney, is an insider’s guide to developing stage ready glutes like bikini competitors and fitness athletes alike and will cover all the tricks and tips needed to develop your backside.
AfterBurn HIIT Class

Introducing our new “AfterBurn HIIT Class” taught by Lainie, Tues & Thurs evenings at 5:45 starting next week.
Get your conditioning in twice a week, conveniently right around class times.
Workouts will provide a variety of fat-blasting exercises, from bodyweight plyometrics, dumbbells, medicine balls to Kettlebell circuits. These classes are guaranteed to get you dripping with sweat and shredding fat since you’ll be working at close to your maximal heart rate. Yoga For Athletes
The first & third Saturday of every month @ 12pm
This yoga class is specific to athletes. Our instructor, Kasha, will focus on common and familiar poses with an emphasis on alignment and improving the mechanics for movements used during weightlifting. This class is bring your own mat, water, towel and yoga block (if you have one). This is a $15 drop in for members and non-members.
No contracts, first week FREE for locals
