These classes are designed for the beginner to intermediate lifter.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes will focus on strength work with some sort of conditioning finisher following.
Wednesday total goal will be some form of conditioning and accessory work.
AfterBurn HIIT Class

Introducing our new “AfterBurn HIIT Class” taught by Lainie, Tues & Thurs evenings at 5:45 starting next week.
Get your conditioning in twice a week, conveniently right around class times.
Workouts will provide a variety of fat-blasting exercises, from bodyweight plyometrics, dumbbells, medicine balls to Kettlebell circuits. These classes are guaranteed to get you dripping with sweat and shredding fat since you’ll be working at close to your maximal heart rate.
