Haidr was chosen for the most recent Member Spotlight, an honor chosen collectively by all of the coaches. The members we choose are examples of the mindset and intensity of what a good member should be. Specifically, Haidr has been a testament to the impact our class programming can have on your body composition through hard work and consistency. As of recent, we have been cranking up the volume with our conditioning through adding in daily finishers. In noticing Haidr has been leaning down, we asked him if he had made any changes in his nutrition. To our surprise, his answer was, “Not at all! The extra conditioning in the latest program has ramped my metabolism.” That is music to our ears. Keep up the great work Haidr.
When did you start your fitness journey?
I have been exercising regularly for the last six years.
What membership do you have?
I have a full access membership.
How has sled dogs elevated your fitness journey?
It has introduced me to a new level of exercise by combining high intensity weight training and cardio which was completely different from my prior routine. The gradual change in programs and various routines ensure I get a challenging work out every time I’m at the gym. This is all backed up by the excellent selection of trainers at American sled dogs.
What is your primary goal?
Improved body composition, muscle definition, strength and endurance.
What keeps you motivated to achieve your goals?
I have found a way to enjoy working out and staying fit through making it a habit. It has become a part of my life.
How did you hear about ASD?
Searching for the top gyms online.
What is your favorite exercise?
Anything that involves chest.
