Abbey was chosen for the first Member Spotlight, an honor chosen collectively by all of the coaches. Members chosen are examples of the mindset and intensity of what a good member should be. Specifically, Abbey has shown such humility and purpose since her start in early August. She was inexperienced with many of our exercises and approaches each thing methodically. She gives her best day in and day out. She has made great progress in the few months she has been here and we hope that she continues to push her limits. Keep up the good work Abbey!
